The Embodiment & Sound Healing experience

Our event is thoughtfully designed in two parts, each inviting you to release tension, cultivate self-awareness and reconnect with your true self.

Part 1: Embodiment & Movement

We begin with a gentle yet powerful embodiment practice, using conscious movement to awaken your senses and ground you in the present moment. Through fluid and intuitive motion, you'll be guided to explore your body’s wisdom, release built-up tension, and feel more at home within yourself.

 Part 2: Sound Healing with Alchemy Crystal Bowls (and more)

As you sink deeper into this journey, we transition into a soothing sound healing session. The vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Bowls wash over you, helping to cultivate inner harmony, quiet the mind and open the heart. This meditative soundscape allows you to release what no longer serves you, creating space for inner peace and clarity.

Beyond the individual experience, Global Heart-Connection is about building a worldwide community of kindred spirits. Our vision is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can connect, share, and grow alongside others who value mindfulness, healing, and authentic connection.
