Yoga as intuitive expression
My journey with yoga began at 18 — not as a spiritual practice, but as a way to stay fit and feel good in my body. Back then, I saw yoga as a workout. But over time, it became so much more.
Yoga found me during a period of depression and self-doubt. It offered me a space to breathe, to soften, to come back to myself. Through every movement and every moment of stillness, I slowly began to release the emotional and mental heaviness I had carried for so long.
Today, yoga is an integral part of my path. Yoga is not about how flexible you are or how long you can hold a posture, but about how present you can be in your body. My approach is rooted in intentional movement, inner listening, and connecting to your breath.
Whether shared in ceremony, in private sessions, or in retreat settings, my yoga offerings weave together embodied movement, breath, energy awareness, and a deep reverence for the body as a vessel of wisdom.
Yoga, for me, has evolved into a deeply intuitive expression of movement.
No longer bound by structured sequences like Ashtanga, I’ve softened into a slower, more fluid rhythm — one that listens to the body in each moment. It’s no longer a practice of performance or physical achievement, but a space of presence.
I now weave in gentle, flowing postures that sometimes resemble dance — allowing breath, feeling, and subtle energy to guide the way.
